Introducing Getyn.dev: build websites and apps with AI
Describe an idea in plain English and watch a real, working application build itself live — then publish it and own the code.
Building software still asks too much of people with great ideas. You either learn to code, hire someone, or squeeze your idea into a template that never quite fits. Getyn.dev exists to close that gap: you describe what you want, and a real application builds itself in front of you.
What Getyn does
Type a sentence — "a booking site for a yoga studio" or "an internal tool to triage support tickets" — and Getyn scaffolds a real React and TypeScript application, runs it in a live sandbox, and shows it working within seconds. It isn't a mockup or a template you fill in. It's running software you can click through immediately.
From there you shape it. Ask for changes in chat, or click any element on the page and edit it directly. When you're happy, publish to a global CDN or your own domain, add a real database and authentication, and export the source to GitHub whenever you like.
Why we built it
We believe the number of people who can turn an idea into a working product should be far larger than the number of people who can write code. AI has finally made that realistic — not by hiding software behind a black box, but by generating real, inspectable, ownable applications.
- Real apps, not prototypes — production React you can read and export.
- A live preview that updates as you describe changes.
- Real backends: database, auth, and storage when you need them.
- One-click publishing to the web or your own domain.
The best tool is the one that gets out of your way. Getyn's job is to turn intent into working software, then hand you the keys.
Where to start
Open Getyn, describe your idea, and watch it build. Explore the Connectors marketplace to link the tools you already use, or read the Help Center for step-by-step guides. This is just the beginning — we'll be shipping quickly, and sharing what we learn here on the blog.
