Do not sell or share my personal information
Your rights under US state privacy laws, and how to exercise them with Getyn.

Residents of California and several other US states have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and of targeted advertising based on it.
Getyn does not sell your personal information for money, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is, in practice, nothing to opt out of. We are publishing this page anyway so the position is on the record and easy to find.
1What we do with your information
We use personal information to run the service: to authenticate you, provision infrastructure for your projects, bill you, provide support, keep the platform secure, and understand aggregate product usage.
We disclose information to vendors who process it on our behalf under contract — hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing providers. Under the relevant state laws these are service providers or processors, not sales.
2Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used
- Request a copy of that information in a portable format
- Request correction of information that is inaccurate
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising — which for Getyn is already the default
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
3How to make a request
Email privacy@getyn.com from the address on your Getyn account, and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before acting, particularly for access and deletion requests.
We aim to respond within 45 days. If a request is complex we may extend that once, and will tell you if we do.
An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorisation.
4Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where it is legally recognised. Because we do not sell or share personal information, this does not change how we handle your data.
