If you have found a site published on Getyn that is harmful, deceptive or illegal, tell us and we will investigate.
1How to report
Email abuse@getyn.com with the full URL and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help. If you are reporting phishing or malware, say so in the subject line so it is triaged first.
You do not need a Getyn account to report a site, and you can ask to remain anonymous — though we may not be able to follow up with you if we need more detail.
2What to include
- The complete URL, including the subdomain and path
- What is wrong with it, in a sentence or two
- When you first saw it, if you know
- Any evidence you can share — a screenshot, an email header, a scan result
3Use the right channel
Copyright infringement goes through our DMCA copyright policy, which has specific legal requirements. Privacy and data rights requests go to privacy@getyn.com. Everything else — phishing, malware, impersonation, harassment, illegal content — goes to the abuse address above.
4What we do with reports
We review every report. Live phishing, malware and child safety reports are actioned immediately. Everything else is assessed against our platform rules, and we act proportionately — from asking the owner to make changes through to permanently terminating the account.
We do not share your identity with the person you reported unless we are legally required to.
