About this site

Helpdesk Console is what a support tool looks like before it has a database: queues, filters, conversation threads and the stat cards a team lead actually checks.

It is a front-end build, which makes it a fast way to agree on information architecture — what belongs in the queue view, what belongs in the thread — without a schema migration for every change of mind.

Who it's for

  • SaaS teams designing an admin or console UI
  • Agencies pitching an internal tool
  • Support teams outgrowing a shared inbox
  • Anyone who needs the interface agreed before the schema

Business model

B2B SaaS interface. The value is in settling the UX and the data shape early, so the eventual backend is built against a design that has already survived contact with users.

What makes it work

Queue-first layout

The view a support agent lives in, designed first.

Threaded conversations

Message history that reads like a real ticket.

Stat cards that mean something

The handful of numbers a lead checks each morning.
